MAIT Nordics in Ontario, Canada, is seeking an Electrical Solutions Lead to help engineering teams with complex electrical design challenges. This role involves working with Siemens Capital products and supporting customers in their digitalization journey.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and hands-on experience in wiring harness design and electrical systems. Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
Help Nordic engineering teams solve complex electrical design challenges
At MAIT Nordics, we help industrial companies across the Nordics and Baltics digitalize how they design, engineer, manufacture, and service their products. As our business continues to grow, we are strengthening our expertise around the Siemens Digital Industries Software electrical design portfolio — and we are now looking for an Electrical Solutions Lead to join our team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real customer challenges, understands the logic and complexity of electrical design, and wants to help engineering teams work smarter across disciplines.
As an Electrical Solutions Lead, you will work directly with our customers’ engineering and R&D teams to understand their electrical design challenges and translate them into practical, value-creating solutions.
You will focus especially on wiring harness design, electrical systems, and the integration of electrical design into the broader product development process. In practice, this means helping customers improve their ways of working, connect electrical design with mechanical and software engineering, and support a more seamless digital thread across the product lifecycle.
You will work with the Siemens Capital product suite for electrical and harness design, as well as various EDA solutions when integrating electrical design data with Teamcenter and other digital product development environments.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our digital thread experts, solution architects, and customer-facing teams across the Nordics.
You are most likely someone who combines technical understanding with curiosity, communication skills, and a strong drive to solve customer problems.
Experience in design, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, or digital product development environments is considered an advantage.
You do not need to fit into one exact profile. You may already be an experienced electrical design professional, or you may be earlier in your career with strong technical potential and a clear passion for the field.
What matters most is that you are energized by the logic of electrical design, enjoy working with customers, and want to help engineering teams overcome complex challenges in a practical and meaningful way.
You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable working across disciplines — connecting people, processes, and technology to create better outcomes.
At MAIT Nordics, you will become part of a growing team that works at the heart of industrial digitalization. We combine deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of our customers’ business and engineering reality.
You will have the opportunity to work with leading industrial companies, world‑class Siemens technologies, and experienced colleagues across the Nordics and Baltics. Together, we help customers build stronger digital continuity across design, engineering, manufacturing and service.
If you are ready to help Nordic engineering teams master electrical design challenges and build smarter digital ways of working, we would like to hear from you.
