Our Ideal Candidate
Allnorth is currently seeking an Electrical Site / Project Manager to lead the execution of major industrial E&I scopes across Western Canada. This full-time, site-based role requires a hands-on leader who can manage field execution, drive schedule adherence, maintain cost control, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality
Key Details:
- Location: On-site, project locations include Southern Regina, Northern BC, and other Western Canada sites
- Travel & Camp: Provided for non-local residents
- Type: Full-time, project-based
A Day in the Life
- Serve as the on-site lead for electrical construction execution, acting as the primary liaison between the client, field teams, and project management
- Coordinate daily activities with General Foremen, Field Engineers, QA/QC, and other disciplines to ensure safe and efficient work execution
- Monitor schedule performance against baseline and lookahead plans, proactively addressing delays and resource gaps
- Ensure adherence to project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change orders with supporting documentation
- Lead site meetings, client interface, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors
- Oversee site safety, quality, and productivity reporting
- Work closely with the Project Controls team to track labor hours, quantities installed, and forecast project performance
- Support project completions, including system turnover planning, ITR completion tracking, and punch list closeout
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Journeyperson Electrician or Electrical Engineering background preferred, with proven site leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Site/Project Manager role on industrial electrical construction projects
- Deep understanding of project execution planning, construction scheduling, and cost tracking
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and industrial construction methods
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Experience with QA/QC processes, ITR workflows, and system turnover is a strong asset
- Effective communicator and problem-solver with a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with completions software, scheduling tools, and project controls systems is an asset
