Qualifications

  • Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
  • Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
  • Honest, hard-working and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution).
  • Emergency lighting maintenance.
  • Generator maintenance.
  • UPS maintenance.
  • Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits.
  • Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on-site.
  • Any reactive and planned maintenance on site.

Job DescriptionElectrical Shift Engineer- FM Service Provider - Data Centre - Watford - Up to £49k

Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service provider situated in Watford. CBW is currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer to work on a data centrecontract located near Watford. You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a highly critical environment. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance works to the Electrical, HVAC plant and associated equipment. The successful candidate will come from a critical background, which can be data centres, hospitals, critical banking, etcand will have experience working with generators and UPS systems.

  • Basic Salary of up to £49,000

Key Duties & Responsibilities

4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
7 am to 7 pm - Days
