What will you do?

• Interpret specification and single line diagram to ensure meeting the customer requirements.
• Ability to go to site with the technician and/or discuss with the customer any required clarification.
• Prepare and package service quotations using COMPAS tool.
• Maintain the quotation quote log up to date.
• Manage the service inbox to address all requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate field service technicians dispatching to site.
• Coordinate scheduling CSA and/or equivalent regulatory service work and complete all required documents as needed.
• Run and maintain service reports in Tableau.
• Support management with coordination and administrative work as needed.

What will you need to succeed?

• University or college degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
• Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
• Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities).
• Growth mindset, with a passion for learning.
• Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks.
• Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions.
