What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage, execute, and continuously improve the Electrical Safety Program, delivering associated training
2. Administer training systems and processes, including skills assessments and job skills gap analysis
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, ensuring compliance with the Electrical Safety Program
4. Collaborate with Operations to assess and plan for long-range training needs
5. Perform electrical safety audits and manage training delivery with technical vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Post-secondary education in a related field of study
2. 7 to 10 years of experience in wind turbine, solar, or battery electrical storage systems
3. 4-6 years of training experience with high electrical proficiency and understanding of mechanical systems
4. Knowledge of NFPA-70E and relevant electrical safety codes, with experience in high-voltage systems
5. Strong interpersonal skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
