Electrical Revit Designer – RSEI Consultants Ltd.
About the Role

RSEI Consultants Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Revit Designer to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in the design of electrical engineering projects—ranging from small-scale upgrades to large, complex systems—across the Atlantic Provinces.

Key Responsibilities

This position includes, yet is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
  • Initial Revit model setups.
  • Preparing 3-dimensional models and 2-dimensional drawings of electrical systems.
  • Preparing design drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules.
  • Committing to continuous learning and professional development in the electrical engineering field.
Qualifications & Skills

We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, but the following will be considered strong assets:

  • Diploma in Building Systems Technology (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for electrical system design
  • Experience with Navisworks or similar multi-discipline clash detection, model review platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) are mandatory; French is an asset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

· Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.

· Experience working with vendors on content download and updates to company standards.

· Experience supporting linked views and others in multiple model situations.

· Experience developing fabrication (LOD 400) level drawing packages is a plus.
