Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Langley facility seeks a detail-oriented Technical Quoting Specialist for the Switchgear team. The role focuses on developing accurate quotes, interpreting electrical drawings, and coordinating with sales, operations and engineering to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in electrical/automation, experience with ERP/Salesforce, and strong communication in English. This hybrid position offers on-site work with flexibility for remote tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, BOMs, and specifications with minimal assistance.
2–3 years of technical experience in electrical and automation industries.
Experience quoting electrical panels or distribution systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications and project documents to understand scopes and requirements.
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotes in line with company policies and customer specs.
Collaborate with sales, operations and engineering to address customer needs promptly.
Maintain quotations in Salesforce for analysis.
Manage multiple customer accounts and quotation requests simultaneously.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
