Job summary

Silent-Aire Limited Partnership is seeking a QA/QC Inspector for our Nisku facility. The role requires daily inspections of in-process units, sub-assemblies, and final inspections, with documentation of all findings.

You will maintain QA/QC control records and report discrepancies to the Quality Supervisor, while supporting safety programs and team education. The position operates on the night shift (6 PM – 5:30 AM) Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday, with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining QA/QC documentation.
• Ability to perform daily inspections and ensure high quality.
• Proficiency in documenting inspection results and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain QA/QC control documentation.
• Document control – organize inspection papers and photos.
• Daily inspection of in-process units for sealing, parts, and quality.
• Inspect production paperwork and report deficiencies.
• Complete sub-assembly and final inspections.
• Review inspection documents and compile unit packages.
• Report safety issues to Safety Coach or Coordinator.
• Assist education of inspectors and production team.
