Job summary

Silent-Aire Limited Partnership, a Johnson Controls subsidiary, seeks a QA/QC Inspector to create and maintain control documents, and perform daily inspections of in-process units at the Nisku facility. The role requires organizing inspection records, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and reporting safety concerns to the Safety Coordinator.

Training and cross-functional cooperation with production teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to organize and maintain inspection records.
• Strong attention to detail for in-process and final inspections.
• Familiarity with safety policies and reporting safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain QA/QC control documentation.
• Document control – organize all inspection papers and photos.
• Daily inspection of in-process units for sealing, parts, and quality.
• Inspect paperwork for all in-process units and report deficiencies.
• Complete sub-assembly inspections (motor, coil, evap., furnace, paint).
• Review inspection documents and compile unit packages.
• Report observed safety issues to Safety Coach or Safety Coordinator.
• Assist with education of other inspectors and production team members.
