Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in Burlington, ON, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that offers a company vehicle and benefits from day one.

The role leads major electrical assembly projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, timelines, and quality; mentors project coordinators; manages financials, orders, and supplier relationships; and defines needs with customers and factory teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required in an engineering discipline (electrical/mechanical/mechatronics).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in related field.
• Technical background in industrial and commercial products.
• Experience with Power Distribution engineered products and AutoCAD.
• Experience as Project Coordinator or Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead major project management with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance to the sales representative regarding project management teams.
• Document major milestones after contract closure and define customer needs.
• Manage relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and OEMs.
• Oversee financial management of projects, including PO terms, pricing, and BOMs.
• Review plans and specifications with sales for complete technical management.
