Job description

As a Tools and Electrical/Plumbing Sales Associate, you will help customers understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products. You will make recommendations to solve customers' problems and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Sales and customer service experience
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift 55 lbs.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends (rotating shifts)
• Ability to learn and operate the computer system (D635) used for processing orders
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent considered an asset
• Bilingual in French and English
