Job summary

ICE Western Sales Ltd. in Alberta is seeking an Electrician with 3+ years of electrical panel experience to join our team. You will install, repair and test electrical circuits and panel boxes, read blueprints, and collaborate with panel shop technicians to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years electrical panel experience in Alberta.
Minimum of a Grade 12 education.
Electrical Apprenticeship is an asset.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
Able to read blueprints and install electrical components.

Responsibilities

Install, replace, repair and test electrical circuits and equipment such as electrical controls and panel boxes, splice, join and connect wires, test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, troubleshoot and isolate faults.
Performs point to point wiring, including wire routing, crimping, stripping and proper labelling of terminated wires.
Control panel layout and installation.
Work in hand with other panel shop technicians to meet deadline expectations.
Ability to work in a clean/tidy manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong ability to read blue prints.
Ability to follow layouts and install electrical components correctly.
