Aerotek is hiring for an Assembler in Mississauga, ON, performing assembly of electrical panels and circuit boards, packaging products, and preparing items for shipment in a cleanroom-like OEM setting. The role requires accurate documentation, basic hand-tool skills, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of production experience in assembly or manufacturing with tools.
• Strong communication skills, able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and good vision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards.
• Package and finalize assembly as needed.
• Fill production documentation accurately.
• Perform mechanical assembly with hand tools.
• Conduct push-button testing and PCB masking.
• Communicate shortages with Team Leaders.
• Rotate across workstations and cells.
• Participate in training and certification programs.
• Engage in team quality improvement initiatives.
