Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Hamilton, ON is seeking an entry-level assembler to support electrical panel assembly and wiring. You will work under supervision on both electrical and mechanical assemblies, following safety rules and customer specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and basic tools experience. Welding, forklift or crane familiarity is a plus; you will join a team that values quality workmanship and safe practices.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use power hand tools.
• Welding, forklift, and crane experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Production Supervisor regarding all electrical/mechanical assembly.
• Assemble and wire small to large electrical panels.
• Route wiring harnesses through structures and sub-assemblies.
• Electrically wire transfer and conveyor systems.
• Mechanically assemble large assemblies and conveyor systems.
• Mechanical assembly of smaller sub-components.
• Ensure that all assemblies of systems meet customer requirements and system specifications.
• Work independently and in team environments in achieving tasks.
• Adhere to and follow all safety regulations, policies and codes, with or without direct supervision.
