Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. in Bridgewater is seeking Reliability Maintainers (electrical/electronics/instrumentation/industrial mechanical) to join our team. You will read blueprints, install wiring, assemble mechanical components, and ensure machine performance.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a technical program.
• Dedication to working safely.
• Capability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and manuals to understand layouts and specs.
• Installing wiring, circuits and electrical components per guidelines and safety standards.
• Assembling and installing mechanical components such as motors, gears, and bearings.
• Ensuring all connections and fittings are secure and compliant with regulations.
• Maintaining machine performance and equipment compliance in the area of responsibility.
• Providing technical support to production operations and participating in high-performance teams.
