A global manufacturing leader is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada. Job description

Our client is a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world's energy sector and, due to recent significant growth, has partnered with KEC to add the talents of a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to their 24/7 Mill operation.

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Electricians in coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the team follows strict safety rules and regulations. In addition to leading daily repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor's team will reduce the impact of equipment failures that can occur during production and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical OR Mechatronics background and 3+ years of experience leading trades in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with capital projects and the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for strong technical and supervisory experiences, and someone able to coach and develop their team while also focusing on providing support to Production.
