Suncor invites talented students to join our Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering groups across Canada. You’ll gain meaningful hands-on experience during 4, 8, 12 or 16-month terms starting January 2027, with relocation support where needed. Pick from locations including Calgary, Edmonton, St.

John’s, Fort Hills (fly in fly out) and Fort McMurray. These student roles require current enrollment in an undergrad engineering program and the ability to return to full-time studies after the work

Minimum requirements:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate Engineering program with an electrical or instrumentation focus

Location & other key details:

• This is a/an 4, 8, 12, or 16-month term commitment beginning in January 2027. You will be asked to indicate your availability in your application
• Potential locations for these student roles include Calgary, Edmonton, St. John's, Fort Hills (fly in fly out) and Fort McMurray (Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo). You will be asked to indicate your location preferences in your application
• Students who live and work in Fort McMurray are eligible for a cash allowance to address the cost of living and the remote nature of the region.
