Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate based in Kenora, ON. You will build relationships with customers by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving and processing orders at the counter.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide product knowledge, confirm stock availability, and maintain the showroom. You have 1-2 years of counter sales/warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of counter sales or warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers via counter sales, confirm stock and process orders.
• Source additional products and maintain showroom and shelves.
• Assist with warehousing tasks including picking, shipping and stock replenishment.
