Job description

PTW is hiring a local Industrial Electrical Service Foreman to join our team in Fort St John, BC. If you are available, we want to hear from you!

Job Details :

  • Shift : Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours : 8-hour days
  • Overtime : Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis
  • Travel Pay : Travel expenses are not covered for this local position. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area

Requirements :

  • Must possess construction and industrial experience.
  • Must be a certified Journeyman Electrician.
  • Minimum 5 years of journeyman's experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures from blueprints, schematics and sketches.
  • Must be able to take the initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
  • Must be reliable (i.e. : punctual and ready to work).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to work safely.
  • Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive).
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be local to the area or within commuting distance.
