Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with MTO design standards.

  • Prepare wiring diagrams and electrical details.

AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate for our Transportation team based in Mississauga, Ontario.

This full time role is for a newly created position expected to begin in January 2027.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Preparation of lighting and traffic signal layouts
  • Preparation of wiring diagrams and electrical details
  • Performs photometric analysis of lighting systems
  • Preparation of contract documents and specifications
  • Site visits
  • Follows company and project procedures and policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
  • Performs routine tasks while working under supervision.
  • Must have completed or will be completing their Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest intraffic signals and roadway lighting
  • Knowledge ofAutoCAD
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of MTO design standards
