Job Overview

Our team of approximately 100 engineers, scientists, and project managers delivers high-quality, responsive services across the U.S. We are currently seeking a qualified Mid-Level Electrical Engineer with FEMA Public Assistance experience to support disaster recovery efforts nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and project management for FEMA disaster recovery projects.
• Assist communities in rebuilding infrastructure damaged by natural disasters.
• Work in remote locations and be ready to mobilize within 24-48 hours.
• Support the development of grant applications for Federal Public Assistance Funding.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• FEMA Public Assistance deployment experience (1+ years) at regional, state, or local levels.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• U.S. citizen, able to pass FBI background check, and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in various locations, including remote and disaster sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer operations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with FEMA Public Assistance programs and related trainings.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in infrastructure design, construction, or maintenance.
