MPE a Division of Englobe, MPE Medicine Hat office is seeking a Electrical Engineer or a Professional Technologist that will require to be at an Intermediate level.

Your Contribution

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Basic drafting experience in Revit
  • Understand the electrical components in a model
  • Good understanding of electrical design, installation, and the code requirements of electrical systems in buildings.
  • Have the ability to lead and coordinate small projects would be an asset.
  • Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules

Your Profile

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5 years of experience in Commercial, Industrial, and/or Municipal electrical & controls
  • Eligibility for professional membership with APEGA (P.Eng.) or ASET (P.Tech, Eng.)
  • AutoCAD and Revit Drafting
  • Commercial and/or Industrial consulting experience

Electrical System Building Design including but not limited to:

  • Power distribution and emergency backup (up to 750V)
  • Electrical system modeling (SKM)
  • Lighting
  • Fire Alarm
  • Security door access and controls
  • Communications and Networking
  • Automation and Control
