About the RoleAs a Senior Maintenance Operations Engineer, you’ll provide crucial support to the maintenance function, leading and directing large, complex sustainable maintenance optimization projects for our assets.This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective application of our asset management strategy and business plans to deliver safe outcomes for our people and sustainable physical assets. Join us in shaping the future of asset management excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll estimate engineering personnel needs, coordinate, and supervise the use of other engineers and technicians to accomplish the objective of cost-effective outage improvements for projects. You’ll provide technical leadership to temporarily assigned engineers and technicians and solve complex problems, taking a new perspective using existing solutions. Additionally, you’ll evaluate and determine cost advantages and alternatives for timely repairs and conduct complex equipment failure investigation and mitigation.What You'll BringTechnical Expertise: Knowledge and experience in your technical or professional discipline.Project Management: Ability to lead maintenance optimization projects from conception to completion.Problem Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.Leadership: Ability to supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians effectively.Decision-Making: Skills in evaluating options and making informed decisions aligned with business objectives.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey technical information to stakeholders.Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards to maintain a safe work environment.If you have a passion for asset management and possess the skills and experience outlined above, we invite you to apply
