What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct site surveys and condition assessments
  • Develop technology evaluation reports and recommend equipment
  • Lead conceptual & detailed IT/Communications system design
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams
  • Produce tender drawings & technical specifications
  • Support project management and liaise with contractors
  • Participate in construction administration — RFIs, submittal reviews, site meetings
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience designing IT networks, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure for buildings
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field — or equivalent experience

  • Understanding of consulting engineering workflows and project coordination
  • Construction phase support experience (RFIs, submittal reviews, site meetings)
  • RCDD certification (or interest in pursuing)
  • P.Eng designation (or eligibility) is a plus
  • Exposure to Smart Building, IoT, AV systems, building automation
