Note : The primary pay rate is based on the rate for an incorporated contractor who owns their own business. However, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in a T4 arrangement, where applicable.
Description
The electrical Engineer in this role will be responsible for conducting in-depth electromagnetic transient (EMT) studies and contributing to the safe and efficient growth of a vital power system for the Analytical Studies team in the Substations Growth and Sustainment Department with this organization. To help manage a growing workload, our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to their team on a part time assignment with 2 days / week - the days / hours will be confirmed by manager. In this role, the candidate will leverage their deep understanding of electrical utility systems and expertise in EMT studies to contribute directly to the planning and engineering of substation infrastructure.
