Role Overview

• Provide technical aid to field operations and personnel regarding relevant codes, processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Support or lead technical operations accountabilities such as preparing and approving work packages for engineering modifications, audits, reliability support, investigations, process improvements, and technical reviews.
• Offer technical support in emergency response situations and efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions for equipment and process reliability issues, evaluating risks to prioritize project funding for optimal safety, integrity, and reliability impact.
• Communicate routinely with industry peers, vendors, manufacturers, project managers, and regional stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• High Voltage Expertise: In-depth understanding of high voltage systems.
• Field Operations Knowledge: Experience in supporting field operations in electrical engineering.
• Natural Gas Power Generation: Familiarity with natural gas power generation processes.
• UPS Systems: Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply systems.
• Control Systems: Proficient understanding of control systems and electrical transmission.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer with immediate eligibility for registration with EGBC.
