Job summary

Eaton's Electrical sector is seeking a Custom Order Product Specialist / Engineer- Electrical for our Milton, ON facility. This onsite role offers benefits from day one and an annual salary range of CAD 82,000– CAD 102,000.

The engineer will deliver timely drawings, BOM data, and product support, while ensuring ISO and Canadian Electrical Code compliance and driving efficient order execution for Engineered-to-Order projects across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience using and interpreting the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship; no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering drawings and materials information with accuracy.
• Maintain BOMs in ERP and update engineering changes.
• Lead ETO/CTO projects, translating customer requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project timelines and delivery goals.
• Apply Canadian Electrical Code to ensure safe and compliant designs.
• Support continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain to execute orders.
