The ideal candidate has 8+ years in electrical project engineering, a P.Eng or CET designation, and proven leadership. Expect a dynamic, collaborative culture with a strong focus on quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project engineering experience in electrical building services.
• Strong leadership and independent work capability.
• Ability to navigate a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors; LEED exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team across multiple sectors under the principal-in-charge.
• Enhance client satisfaction, deepen relationships and grow business areas.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with the BD group.
• Improve PM processes for efficiency and quality.
• Mentor designers and project managers; ensure code compliance and standards.
