Allnorth is seeking Third to Fourth Year Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians to join our team on an upcoming turnaround at our client’s site in Rocanville, Saskatchewan. You will be part of a professional team committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Description

Allnorth is seeking skilled Third to Fourth Year Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians to join our team on a punch clearing project for a large industrial electrical construction project in Southeast Saskatchewan. This role involves finalizing and completing electrical tasks after the main construction phase is completed, ensuring the electrical systems meet all specifications and safety standards.

You will be part of a professional team committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Details

• Shift: 14 days on / 7 days off; 10-hour shifts per day
• LOA & Travel Allowance: Provided
• Project: Punch Clearing for Industrial Electrical Construction
• Project Type: Punch clearing for industrial electrical systems
• Location: Rocanville, Saskatchewan

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician Certificate (Blue Seal/Blue Book) for apprentices
• Must be registered with the applicable Apprenticeship Board
• Proven experience in industrial electrical work
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation techniques in an industrial setting
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Own electrical hand tools
• Ability to work away from home on a rotational basis (14 days on, 7 days off)
• Valid certifications: CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015 (No older than 3 years), ESTS, General Mine Safety Awareness, Fall Protection, and Aerial/Elevated Work Platform (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to site safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to the job site (where applicable)
• Computer skills for Bluebeam redlining drawings; experience with Bluebeam is advantageous
