Job Title: Electric Vehicle (EV), Content Creator, Developer and Instructor

Working hours: Flexible from Monday to Friday

Compensation range: $30-$40 CAD per hour

Job Summary:

Cornerstone International Community College of Canada(CICCC) iscurrently seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional who will develop and create an academic curriculum for Electric Vehicle (EV) and is interested in teaching the course. This is a project-based contract.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver curriculum related to electric vehicle systems, battery technology, power electronics, and EV safety standards
  • Lead training sessions in both theoretical and practical formats, ensuring a high level of student engagement and comprehension
  • Stay current with the latest developments in EV technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the curriculum
  • Provide feedback, mentoring, and technical support to students
  • Assess student performance and maintain detailed records of progress
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure a safe, compliant training environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with electric vehicles or hybrid systems
  • Prior teaching or training experience (can include informal or industry-based training)
  • Strong knowledge of EV propulsion systems, battery management, high-voltage safety procedures, and diagnostic tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

  • ASE L3 or other relevant EV certifications (e.g., EVPro+, Tesla START, OEM-specific training)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and curriculum development
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
