About The Role
The eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator will be a key member of Moncel's Courseware team, responsible for creating engaging online courses, managing the LMS, and supporting our compliance training offerings in the food and hospitality industry.
This role involves developing interactive eLearning content, configuring and maintaining the LMS, and ensuring courses meet compliance standards across Canada, US, and Australia. The successful candidate will collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams, working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Toronto, Canada.
By ensuring timely course updates and high-quality delivery, this role directly contributes to Moncel’s mission of expanding its online training offerings and maintaining industry leadership.
