Job summary

Think Academy US is recruiting an ELA Teacher Recruitment & Training Specialist based in downtown Toronto to build our US Online ELA teaching team. You will own end-to-end processes from candidate sourcing to training readiness, ensuring teachers meet instructional standards.

You will collaborate with the ELA team to forecast hiring needs, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and support onboarding and ongoing development for new teachers.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency at professional level.
• Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online ELA classes (Reading, Speaking, Writing) to elementary students, ~10–15 hours/week.
• Source ELA teacher candidates, manage postings, screenings, interviews, and teaching demos, 15–20 hours/week.
• Support onboarding and training, observe classes, provide feedback, and promote teaching quality (5–7 hours/week).
