Qualifications

  • Execute risk assessments and contract lifecycle activities using Coupa Risk Assess and Icertis.
  • Manage contract records, amendments, and renewals in Icertis.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new vendors and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address risks and provide training.
  • Manage Distribution List requests through ServiceNow.

As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence across Scotiabank’s enterprise platforms. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage third-party risk processes, coordinate onboarding workflows, and support delivery queues while contributing to strategic initiatives across the bank.

Is this role right for you?
  • Execute risk assessments and contract lifecycle activities using Coupa Risk Assess and Icertis
  • Manage contract records, amendments, renewals, and terminations in Icertis, including coordination with Legal and Procurement team
  • Lead onboarding processes for new vendors and resources.
  • Stay current on Microsoft product updates, collaborate with stakeholders to address risks, and provide training to ensure compliance.
  • Works closely with Security, Internal Controls, Privacy, Internal and External stakeholders on the different tools and features that are used by employees.
  • Manage Distribution List (DL) requests including the creation, modification, and decommissioning of DLs through ServiceNow tickets.
