• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years in chemical, refining or pharma manufacturing.
• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and monitoring of EHS policies across the site.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local regs and manages agency contacts.
• Develops EHS strategies and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
• Leads audits, training curriculums, and incident investigations.
• Drives continuous improvement using Six Sigma/Lean principles.
