Job summary

Spring Creek Quail Farms in St. Anns, Ontario, is hiring an Egg Collector/Packer to join our growing family-owned operation. This hands-on role focuses on collecting, inspecting, and packing fresh quail eggs for our customers.

You will stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift 20–30 lbs, and maintain clean, sanitary work areas while following food safety procedures. Monday to Friday day shifts; no weekends or nights.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining clean and sanitary egg collection and packing areas.
  • Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
  • Performing other farm and production duties as required.

Spring Creek Quail Farms is a family-owned and operated farm in St. Anns, Ontario, and one of North America's leading producers of fresh quail eggs.

We're growing quickly and looking for a reliable, hardworking Egg Collector/Packer to join our team. This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and taking pride in doing a job well.

What You'll Do

As an Egg Collector/Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive fresh, high-quality quail eggs every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and handling quail eggs carefully
  • Inspecting and grading eggs according to quality standards
  • Removing eggs that do not meet quality requirements
  • Packaging and labelling finished egg products accurately
  • Maintaining clean and sanitary egg collection and packing areas

You should:

  • Be comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Be able to stand and remain active throughout your shift
  • Be able to lift and handle 20-30 lbs
  • Be comfortable working around birds and a farm environment
Experience With Poultry?

Experience working with chickens, quail, or other poultry is an asset but not required.

  • $18-$20/hour
  • Full-Time hours - 35+ hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shifts
  • No weekends
  • No night shifts
