Job summary

UNFI is seeking a warehouse associate in Richmond, BC, to pick customer orders, palletize skids, and load outbound trucks while ensuring product quality and safety. You will operate pallet jacks and walkie riders, build secure pallets, label them correctly, and place pallets into appropriate areas or trucks.

The role requires at least one year in a warehouse, ability to stand for long periods in a cool environment, and certification to operate pallet jacks/walkie riders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a cool, damp environment.
• Certified to operate pallet jack/walkie rider.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders in a warehouse environment and complete picking accurately and efficiently.
• Operate Walkie Rider/Electric Pallet Jack to pick, secure, and load orders.
• Build stable pallets and label/sequence pallets for put-away or delivery.
• Move completed pallets to freezer, loading area, or truck.
• Assist with loading trucks and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and adhere to company procedures.
