Job summary

Marlow Hiring in Toronto is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory. You'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently and safely, handling products with care and accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.

The role is full-time and onsite with 0-1 year of experience preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use basic inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year of warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Support inventory audits as needed.
