Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, following the plan of care, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Do not alter the plan of care.
• Instruct patients' families on care and maintaining a healthy environment.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising nurse or physician daily.

Education and Experience

License Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
• CPR certification
