Staffing Sales Representative

Libra Staffing is hiring for a Sales Representative to join our team!

Starting salary is between $66,000 and $70,000 annually, plus great commission opportunities!

Your day to day will include:

1. Manage and grow a designated sales territory
2. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
3. Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
5. Provide exceptional account management to existing clients
6. Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships with clients

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years of staffing sales experience
2. Bilingual in English and Spanish
3. Strong computer and written communication skills
4. Able to work weekends and overtime as needed
5. Comfortable with pre-employment background screening
6. Reliable transportation to make it to work daily
