Concessions Stand Lead | Seasonal Part-Time | Rogers Stadium

Join us as a Concessions Stand Lead at Rogers Stadium with Oak View Group . This role involves overseeing food and beverage services in a dynamic, outdoor, fast-paced environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $18.50 CAD, tip eligible, from approximately June 1st to October 15th, 2025. Applications are accepted continuously, with no deadline.

Responsibilities include :

  • Overseeing concession stand setup, inventory, and staff
  • Ensuring safety, sanitation, and operational procedures are followed
  • Supporting staff and volunteers to maintain service speed and guest satisfaction
  • Monitoring food production and supervising cash handling
  • Training staff on procedures and standards
  • Supporting premium services and event-related needs
  • Creating a respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment
  • Supervising responsible alcohol service and guest interactions
  • Maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness
  • Enforcing policies and supporting employee relations
  • Assisting with inventory, training, and special projects
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in food & beverage
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Valid food handling and Safe Serve certificates
  • Cash handling and math skills
