Your Contribution to Our Growth

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Market Operations team and contribute to the systems that power our trading and liquidity services. In this role, you'll focus on building and maintaining backend services that are essential to the smooth operation of our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced fintech and crypto space, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to projects involving liquidity provider integration, price, order matching, and execution management. Your work will support the core functionality of our trading platform, helping ensure efficient market operations. You'll follow established architectural patterns, contribute to impactful projects, and work within an agile environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives on collaboration, and has a professional background in the financial, fintech, or crypto industry. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, test, and maintain a variety of Market Operations functionalities including Liquidity Provider integration, Price, Order Matching, Order Routing, and Execution Management.
• Deliver well-tested, fault-tolerant, production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to decision-making on solution trade-offs for scalability and performance.
• Document procedures for our technical and business operations teams.
• Collaborate with other development teams to ensure the Market Operations functionality is successfully integrated into the business platform.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure delivered functionality is included in platform testing.
• Integrate with CI infrastructure for continuous build and test cycles.
• Be part of the agile team; help thoroughly define, plan, and test each task in the sprint.
• Understand business logic and the existing platform.
• Mentor junior developers on the team and lead the implementation of complex features.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and team productivity.

We’d Love to See

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with a collaboration-focused mindset.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SDLC, CI/CD practices, and tools.
• Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented design, databases, networks, and API design.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Kafka, Java, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge and experience with AWS services.
• Comfortable working with and learning existing codebases.
