Job Description

We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $19/h + productivity bonus + commission, with average earnings of $22-27/h based on current technician performance.

Start working as soon as possible. We are seeking an entry-level general labor/lawn care technician for full-time work. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Responsibilities

There are two seasons to this full-time, permanent position:

From April to October:

• Apply fertilizers and weed control that are safe and government-approved.
• Generate truck sales by introducing services to neighbors after each application.
• Analyze and recommend lawn improvements.
• Maintain schedules and accurate paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and professional appearance.

From October to April:

• Outdoor lead generation for prospective customers; no selling involved.
• Travel with our marketing team to residential locations.
• Introduce our services and collect interest leads.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• G or G2 License in good standing.
• Availability to work Saturdays during peak months (May, June, September, October).
