PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent General Laborer - Floater to support first shift operations (7:30 am - 4:00 pm).

Responsibilities

The General Laborer – Floater will be trained in various departments and equipment, performing a variety of tasks. This role involves rotating between processes as needed within the facility. The Floater will be responsible for reading and verifying job orders, setting up, and completing manufacturing processes.

• Setup and operate different types of machinery (including die-cutters, scrubbers, laminators) according to department processes and job requirements.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment.
• Perform panel cleaning for surface preparation (manual/machine scrubbing).
• Die-cut panels.
• Use Spartanics punching for tooling on panels.
• Lay up covercoat of circuit boards.
• Lay up stiffeners of circuit boards.
• Perform dry film lamination of circuit boards.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action.
• Perform duties as assigned or modified to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all management levels.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
