What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must speak both French and English fluently
- An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
