Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

1. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of prevailing wage and union wage processes at Blattner.
2. The role involves collaboration with Labor Relations, Payroll, Human Resources, and Site Teams to ensure compliance with prevailing wage and union wage standards.
3. Responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, training and educating site teams and departments on compliance standards, and maintaining documentation and file management to facilitate program administration.
4. This position is key in developing and recommending strategies to improve program efficiency and compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1. Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience.
2. 2-3 years of progressive related experience.

Compensation range: $23.98 - $32.97 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
