EO177 – Bookkeeper/Customer Service
Job description
Full-time / 4 days a week
Salary: depending on experience
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Record financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist with tax preparation and other financial audits.
Customer Service Duties:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, processing orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and/or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
