Job description

Full-time / 4 days a week

Salary: depending on experience

Bookkeeping Duties:

  1. Record financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts.
  3. Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries.
  4. Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  5. Assist with tax preparation and other financial audits.

Customer Service Duties:

  1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  3. Provide accurate information about products or services, processing orders when necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Previous experience in bookkeeping and/or customer service is preferred.
  3. Proficient in accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
