7. Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities.
8. Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements.
9. Reviewing competitor product offerings.
10. Making cold calls to attract potential customers.
11. Developing effective sales strategies.
12. Diverting customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments.
