The Opportunity :

Smart.Vet is expanding and seeking passionate remote Veterinarians to join our growing team in British Columbia ! As a member of our network, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work according to your own schedule. Whether you want to provide care in your spare time or are seeking casual, part-time or full-time opportunities, this position allows you to practice veterinary medicine while enhancing access to care for pet owners and alleviating the workload for hospitals.

Your Role :

  • Provide virtual consultations for pet owners across British Columbia and other provinces (if applicable)
  • Collaborate with hospitals to support their patient needs
  • Opportunity to provide care for exotics if desired

Our Requirements :

  • Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
  • Unrestricted license to practice veterinary medicine in British Columbia
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • A passion for improving access to veterinary care
  • Experience working with exotics is a major plus
