PAL Technical Services - Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

PAL Technical Services, a division of PAL Aerospace, is a leader in full-service aircraft maintenance, including modifications, line maintenance, and repair, overhaul services. We serve domestic and international markets and manage all aircraft maintenance activities within the PAL Group of Companies. Position Overview

We are seeking qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for our Maintenance and Avionics teams to join our dedicated aviation professionals supporting PAL Airlines and Air Borealis maintenance operations.

Our Operations
  • PAL Airlines Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Eastern Canada’s largest regional carrier.
  • Air Borealis Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Labrador and Quebec Lower North Shore.

Our Flight Line Maintenance involves checks and repairs carried out between flights or overnight, including layover checks, troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements.

  • Goose Bay, NL (Air Borealis)
Qualifications & Skills
  • Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or equivalent experience (e.g., ICS program).
  • Preferred: M1/M2 or E license or equivalent rating.
  • Experience in flight line operations is an asset.
  • Experience with Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400 aircraft is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to operational changes.
