Description

Position Overview: Full Stack Lead

Position General Duties and Tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience leading a DevOps team
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in:
• Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Stored Procedures
• Angular, ReactJS, or other JavaScript front-end technologies
• Microservices coding, development, deployment
• Understanding and experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, version control tools like TFS, GIT
• Proficiency in OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and transactions

Roles and Responsibilities

1. This is a DevOps-based project. The resource will play a hands-on lead role in DevOps and production support engagement.
2. Work directly with customers on support and development engagements. Collaborate with dependent system owners for impact analysis. Coordinate with offshore teams.
3. Contribute to architectural and design activities.
4. Work on user stories and provide on-call support on a rotation basis.
5. Deploy CI/CD pipelines.
6. Take ownership of issues and process improvements.
